Merino wool – Merino wool is the wool from the Merino sheep, originating in Spain. Approximately 200 years ago, the sheep was exported to Australia, where breeding practices increasingly concentrated on the improvement of the wool. In Australia, Merino sheep live at altitudes of up to 1800 metres. The wool protects the sheep from both extreme cold and extremely hot conditions. That’s why socks incorporating Merino wool ensure excellent comfort in both cold and hot conditions. And this fine-fibred wool doesn’t itch at all.

Meryl Skinlife is bacteriostatic, a fibre which maintains a natural balance on the skin, regardless of activity level. The human skin normally has a bacteria presence. A high level of bacteria, as well as a complete absence, creates various problems (allergy, odour, illness etc.). Meryl Skinlife is not a bactericide: it does not decrease the bacterial level lower than that normally present on the skin.

Climayarn
Schoeller Climayarn – Climayarn combines innovative, highperformance Polycolon fibre with natural wool. It regulates fluctuations in body temperature: wool’s thermoregulatory effects conserve heat in cold weather, while Polycolon rapidly wicks excess moisture away from the body and largely prevents heat accumulation at high temperatures. It offers greater elasticity and dries much more quickly than comparable cotton products.
